Buster Hughes is Honored

The South Talladega County Personel Association celebrated its 25th Anniversary and honored charter member, Buster Hughes, with a nice donation to the Sylacauga Boys Club. Congratuations, STPA!

Immigration Training for Local Enforcement Agencies

Sargeant Rondell Muse and the Sylacauga Police Department hosted training workshops on the Immigration Law of Alabama at the B.B. Comer Memorial Library. Law enforcement officers from Talladega County and adjoining counties attended.

Alabama’s Outstanding Teen

Shown with Sylacauga’s Mayor Sam Wright is Alabama’s Miss Outstanding Teen Mia Callens. The state preliminary to the pageant was held at Comer Library.
